With a background in architecture, my passion for creating spaces that inspire, empower, and connect people has expanded from the built environment to the virtual. I now help teams to amplify their impact through human-centered yet hyper-efficient operating frameworks.

I'm a certified Project Management Professional^© with over two decades' experience leading and managing distributed, cross-functional ecosystems of leaders, managers, subject matter experts, and their partners, toward unprecedented targets for a huge range of innovative projects & programs:

• In 15+ countries (including the US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Poland, Italy, Greece, Switzerland, Israel, UAE, South Africa, & Ethiopia)

• Across the US, Europe, Middle East, and Africa

• Primarily through transformational, multinational programs in the Real Estate, Design/Construction & Facility Management, Operations (Technology), Employee Experience, and Strategic Partner Management spaces.

Earlier in my career after obtaining Bachelor of Science and Master's degrees in architecture, I passed rigorous testing to become a Licensed Architect in the state of Washington, US, as well as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design^© certified professional. Passionate about building tailored, intuitive work management systems as the foundation for distributed team coordination, I hold a Smartsheet^© Core Product Certification.
